Liquorice Armoire

What a wonderful makeover by Stacey from Embracing Change, making this out-of-date armoire stylish once again.

Hello again!
This is Stacey from Embracing Change back to guest post with another furniture makeover!
With Country Chic Paint, it is easy to paint and recreate beautiful pieces.I am having such fun with this paint!
I blog at Embracing Change about my passion and experience of bring old, ugly pieces of furniture back to life!(I would love if you followed me by the way!)
I am continually shopping. When you recreate furniture, it is a way of life. I am constantly perusing Craigslist, thrift stores, yard sales and other sale sites.I always have a budget as well as a clear picture on exactly what I am looking for. I went bananas when I found this statement piece:
Black Armoire BEFORE
What a great piece! I thought it was a good occasion to crack open my new Country Chic Paint in Liquorice.

I think the black was a great choice for this piece. It covered so well and distressed like a dream.I sealed this piece up with Country Chic’s Natural Wax.I think she makes a statement now.She truly has a bold presence.

Stacey {Embracing Change}

My name is Stacey and I blog about my creative endeavors at Embracing Change. I dabble in blogging about my family and my faith as well as some crafts and recipes although my blog is primarily about painting and bring old and ugly furniture back to life. I love finding an old, ugly piece of furniture and making it pretty and new. It is my creative passion! My day job is being a mommy to two sweet girls and married to a pastor working alongside of him in ministry. Painting is what I do in my free time and for fun. My hobby has developed into a side creative endeavor as well and I have established The Blessed Nest whereby I now sell my creations to those that also have a love for all old things made new!

Make sure to follow Stacey on her blog Embracing Change, as well as on Pinterest, Facebook!
