This lovely French Provincial style dresser was given a makeover by Stacey from Embracing Change with our limited edition color, Refreshed and some gold wax!

This dresser was cute even before I painted it…

I love French Provincial pieces and I am always searching for them to makeover. It is great fun to breathe new life into beautiful old pieces of furniture! I like the French Provincial pieces because they are very sweet with great curves. This cutie was no exception.

I was excited to try out a new limited edition color recently put out by Country Chic Paint called Refreshed. It is the perfect minty green.

I was even able to use my Country Chic Gold Wax on this piece. The Gold Wax gave this piece a bit of shimmer and a lot of shine.

This piece looked great before, but now, it has even more charm than when I first picked it up.

Stacey {Embracing Change}

My name is Stacey and I blog about my creative endeavors at Embracing Change. I dabble in blogging about my family and my faith as well as some crafts and recipes although my blog is primarily about painting and bring old and ugly furniture back to life. I love finding an old, ugly piece of furniture and making it pretty and new. It is my creative passion! My day job is being a mommy to two sweet girls and married to a pastor working alongside of him in ministry. Painting is what I do in my free time and for fun. My hobby has developed into a side creative endeavor as well and I have established The Blessed Nest whereby I now sell my creations to those that also have a love for all old things made new!
