This week, we’re featuring this lovely, antique French green, Rustic Charm!
Rustic Charm is a fantastic, earthy green that can add some country glam to any piece. These are some of our all-time favorite projects in this fantastic color:
Cait from Little City Farmhouse used Rustic Charm to transform a plain wooden medallion into beautiful wall art! She topped it with clear glaze mixed with Bliss and gold wax.
Our retailer, Stephanie from Vintage Up-Dos used Rustic Charm with a stencil in Chocolate Tart for a fun, cottage look!
Our retailer, Lisa from Living Sage gave this armoire new life with Rustic Charm sealed with white wax.
Our retailer, Cindy from Vintage Designs gave this pretty little side table to touch of Rustic Charm for an antique garden look.
Our retailer, Terry from My Sister’s Cottage added a pop of color to her CCP display shelf with Rustic Charm.
Ann from Farmhouse Blues chose Rustic Charm for this pretty, detailed dresser to give it a lovely, fresh spring look.
Stacey from Embracing Change gave this dresser some country cottage style with Rustic Charm and some hand painted vine details.
Our retailer, Patsy from Singing Grass Trading Company used Rustic Charm for this beautiful hutch to show off her paint display in.
Leone from 2 Girls 1 Brush gave this stunning buffet a completely new look in Rustic Charm.
Stacey from Embracing Change gave this desk a sweet, innocent look in Rustic Charm.
What color would you like to see us feature next?
Love the work you do on this furniture…. I have been “collecting” pieces to do the same but so scared to start them as I dont have the confidence and dont want to ruin the piece of furniture.
Hi Cindy,
I completely understand how intimidating it can be to take on your first project. I would definitely recommend taking a look at some of our tutorials for tips on how to get started. They cover everything from surface preparation and painting techniques, to distressing and adding detailed accents to your work. I hope this will help to encourage you and eliminate some of those pre-painting jitters!
Please feel free to reach out to us any time if you have questions as well.
