Cait from Little City Farmhouse used our limited edition, soft white called Crinoline to spruce up this vanity that was in desperate need of some love!

The Spring release of Limited Edition colours from Country Chic are muted and beautiful! I picked up this vanity in pretty rough shape and in desperate need of some love and brightening up! Here is what I started with:

After I gave it a good scrub, a light sanding, and dealt with some spots of bleed-though, I gave it two coats of Crinoline. I distressed it to show off all the pretty trim and details.

The All-in-One formula does have a built in topcoat, but on pieces like vanities that get a lot of use and and require cleaning often, I like to add an additional hard and scrubbable topcoat like Tough Coat.

It’s always amazing what a couple coats of paint can do!

Cait {Little City Farmhouse}

Hello! I’m Cait! I am a wife and a mom of two little ones, and a proud auntie of a growing little flock! I first started by refinishing several pieces in my own home, and fell in love with it. Slowly it turned into a business and something I could do from home. I love the thrill of finding old furniture, and I adore the process of refinishing it into something new and fresh. Refinishing furniture is the heart of my business. I believe your home should reflect who you are, and I love helping people get the look they want in their homes by refinishing their furniture for them.
